Your core teachers (math, language arts, science, and social studies teachers) will make placement recommendations based on your performance in your current class. If you have specific concerns about your placement for next year, you should speak with your teacher and review core class information

January 31

Students will view elective videos during advisement to better understand elective offerings.

These videos can also be viewed through the Registration Hub.

February 1

Students will attend an Elective Fair during Advisement

Advisement classes will visit the Elective Fair in the Old Gym.

February 5-6

Students will register/choose elective courses.

If the student is currently in an elective and wants to continue to the next elective course in the sequence, their current teacher can register them.

Students can choose open electives (open to all students) and their advisement teacher can register them.

Students desiring to take a Restricted Elective can visit the Elective Arena in the Old Gym during their lunch on 2/5 & 2/6 if they need to register for a restricted elective where pre-requisite courses will be verified before they are registered for the elective.

Review the list of available electives. Work with your advisement teacher to select electives and alternate electives.

February 7-9

Students will bring home their course registration sheet which will need to be signed by a parent/guardian and returned to their Advisement teacher by Friday, Feb. 9th.

The paper form is where parents may request changes to course levels or electives. This will be the only opportunity to request changes to the scheduled courses.
Reminder--We build our master schedule of courses based on what students indicate they want to take during registration.
