MCJROTC Leadership Education I (LE I)
This course emphasizes followership, development of leadership traits, Marine Corps drill and ceremonies, military customs and courtesies, patriotism, and civic responsibilities. Additionally, cadets will learn rank structure, chain of command, and the proper wearing of the uniform. Cadets are required to wear the Marine Utility Uniform one day per week. Cadets must maintain an acceptable standard of proper wearing of the uniform. Cadets are required to wear the Marine Utility Uniform one day per week. Cadets must maintain an acceptable standard of academic achievement, conduct, as well as an acceptable USMC standard of grooming and be able to participate in the physical education program
