Chorus

Chorus is an academic class in which students are also required to participate in outside-of-class activities and performances. Chorus students are required to have the chorus uniform and to perform publicly as a part of the grade for the course. The emphasis of chorus instruction is basic musicianship and performance practices. Chorus students perform in a formal concert each semester. Additional performances include GMEA large group performance evaluation (LGPE), PTSA Fine Arts Night, fall and spring honors celebrations, trips to local malls, and community events.
