Student Booking Guidelines (Read First)

Students may now book their own virtual appointments by clicking the links below.
Please note you must be signed into your GCPS Google account to book.
If you are booking your own appointment online, it must be made at least 24 hours in advance! If you schedule a same-day appointment it will NOT be accepted.
Due to our changing schedules, appointments may not be booked further than a week out unless agreed upon with your counselor.
You may contact your counselor via e-mail with specific questions.
Emergency and crisis situations are the exception to these guidelines!

Parent Information

Online booking is reserved for students only. Parents should call (770) 806-3795 to schedule an office visit or telephone conference. Please give your student's name, grade level, and the nature of your call. Calls are returned as soon as possible.
