Dear Parents and Guardians of PHS Class of 2026,
Congratulations on what is an exciting year for both you and your Senior. We hope that you all enjoy every minute of it because the year will pass by before you know it. The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the dates and expenses that your Senior may incur this year. This year Graduation is scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, at 8:00 PM in the Parkview Community Stadium.
- All graduating Seniors will receive 8 tickets to Graduation which will be given out at Graduation Practice the morning of May 20.
- To receive your Graduation Tickets, all outstanding high school fees must be paid. This includes, but is not
limited to:
- Media Center fees
- Technology fees
- AP Exam fees (this also includes Spring 2026 AP Exam fees for missed exams)
- Please check the Fees tab on MyPaymentsPlus throughout the year to make sure these are all taken care of prior to May.
All Seniors are required to pay Senior Dues. Senior Dues are $165 and include cap, gown, tassel, Senior Breakfast, Senior Picnic, Senior Picnic T Shirt, diploma, diploma cover, and other Graduation expenses. Please note the following:
- Beginning February 1, dues will increase to $190.
- Caps and Gowns will be delivered on April 24 at the end of the Senior Picnic.
- You can pay your Senior Dues anytime online at www.scholasticimages.com (Senior Dues are listed as Cap and Gown Packages on the Scholastic Images website). If you prefer to pay your Senior Dues in person, Scholastic Images will be at Parkview during all lunches on the dates listed below.

Important Dates for Seniors:
- October 16 - Senior Shirt Orders in PHS Cafe during lunches
- October 18 - Homecoming Dance at PHS (Tickets on sale on GoFan)
- February 1 - Senior Dues increase to $190
- February 11th - Senior Breakfast Celebration 2nd & 3rd Period PHS Cafe
- April 18 - Prom Georgia Tech Hotel Ballroom 7:30-11:00 PM
- April 20 - 24th – Senior Week (dress up days to be announced in the Spring)
- April 23 - Honors Night – 7:00 PM at New Mercies Christian
- April 24 - SENIOR PICNIC (Senior Dues MUST be paid in order to participate)
- April 24 - Cap and Gown Delivery and Senior Shirt Delivery during all lunches
- May 17 - Baccalaureate – 3:00 PM at Mountain Park United Methodist
- May 20 (Pending GCPS Approval) – GRADUATION at Parkview High School Stadium – 8:00 PM
- Each Graduate will be given 8 tickets for Graduation. These tickets will be given out at Graduation Practice the morning of May 20. Tickets will be required for ALL guests attending the Graduation Ceremony.
As we move forward with our planning for Graduation and all other Senior activities, we will keep you updated on any changes through ParentSquare, Social Media, and the Panther Weekly. Please know that the planning of all of the events mentioned above is fluid and there could be changes/updates as we move through the year. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding in this regard. We, the faculty and staff of Parkview High School, look forward to an amazing year and the celebration of the wonderful accomplishments of our 50th graduating class: Parkview High School Class of 2026.
